Dear NTECK All Members,
India became the world’s most populous country in 2023, surpassing China. Alongside this demographic shift, India has maintained a GDP growth rate in the 7% range. With such strong momentum, India is on track to surpass Japan and become the world’s third-largest economy in the near future.
On my first visit to India in 2008, I could never have imagined that the country would become an economic super power so quickly.
Our company journey also mirrors this growth. Established in 2011 as a joint venture company & transitioned to wholly owned Japanese company in 2021 and renamed ourselves as NTECK Automotive Pvt. Ltd., with the inspiring slogan: “Fly to the Future.”
With invaluable support of MARUTI SUZUKI and the dedication of our team, NTECK has become a company I am truly proud of.
In order to achieve further growth, the most important management strategy is to create a foundation for company management who can look ahead 10 to 20 years into the future.
Remember these words: “Failure is the key to success”, “Failure teaches success”, “Growth happen through trial and error”, Learn from every experience, and let each challenge make you stronger.
To each of you, I say: Work with a strong sense of Responsibility, Ownership (Independent mind) and practice Effective Hou-Ren-Sou (Reporting, Contacting, Consulting). When you embody these principles, your trust and reputation will grow, and so will your happiness and success. This, in turn, will lead to the continued growth of NTECK as well.

Dear NTECK All Members,
I would like to share three Core Values that are important to NTECK family.
The first is “TRUST”. How do you earn trust? By putting NTECK’s values into practice. These three values are “Strong Responsibility,” “Ownership/Independent mind” and “Effective HOURENSO”. By putting these values into practice at our work, you can earn trust.
Second, NTECK is a professional organization. Imagine a professional cricket team. Age, caste, or educational background do not matter. Those who deliver results are evaluated and the same applies at NTECK.
While it’s true that people are not born equal, but NTECK ensures that performance is evaluated fairly. Your carrier growth depends on the results you achieve. And the best way to achieve results is through collaboration with other members around you. Help and support one another, teams achieve higher results than individuals.
Third, adopt the right mindset. Your mindset determines your destiny. If you think something is impossible, you are limiting yourself. In reality, there are very few things that are truly impossible. By thinking positively about “How to achieve?”, you can overcome your limits. “Results = the amount of your effort + the direction of your effort.” When things aren’t going well, review whether the amount of your effort is sufficient? and whether the direction of your effort is correct? Your mindset can change your life. Be proactive about changing yourself.

インドは2023年に人口で中国を上回り世界一の人口大国になりました。この人口構造の変化と共に、GDP成長率も約７％を維持しています。このような強い勢いを背景に、インドは近い将来、日本を抜いて世界第3位の経済大国となる見込みです。
2008年に私がインドに初めて訪れた際、インドがこれほど早いスピードで経済大国になるとは想像できませんでした。
当社の成長軌跡もこの変化を反映しています。2011年にJVとして設立し、2021年に日本企業100％のNTECK Automotive Pvt Ltd.に社名変更をし、会社のスローガンである「Fly to the Future」に全員で推進しています。
マルチスズキ様に多くのご支援を頂き、チームの献身的な努力により、NTECKは私が真に誇りに思う会社となりました。さらなる成長を実現するため、10年、20年先を見据えた会社経営の基盤を築くことが最重要戦略です。
「失敗は成功のもと」「失敗が成功を教えてくれる」「トライ＆エラーを通じた成長」という言葉を忘れないで下さい。あらゆる経験から学び、それぞれの挑戦があなたを強くします。

1つ目は、信用です。信用を得るにはどうしたらよいのか、それはNTECKのValueを実践してください。「強い責任感」「自主自律／主体性なマインド」「効率的なホウレンソウ」の3つです。このValueを仕事で実践していくと、あなたの「信頼」が高まります。
2つ目は、NTECKはプロフェッショナル集団です。プロのクリケットチームをイメージしてください。プロのチームに、年齢やカーストや学歴は関係ありません。結果を出した人が評価されます。NTECKでも同じです。人は残念ながら平等に生まれてはいません。でもNTECKは結果に対し平等に評価をしています。だから、結果を出すことに全力を尽くしてください。あなたの人生はあなたのだした結果次第です。
そして、結果を出す一番の近道は、あなたの周りの人と協力することです。お互いに助け合えば、一人でするよりも大きな結果が得られます。
3つ目は、正しいマインドセットをしてください。人は考え方で運命がきまります。不可能と思っていることは、あなたができないと限界を作っているからです。世の中に不可能なことはほとんどありません。あなたが「どうしたらできるのか」とポジティブに考えることで、あなたの限界を超えることができます。「結果＝努力の量＋努力の方向性」です。うまくいかないときは、努力の量が不足していないか？ 努力の方向性が合っているか？と見直してください。考え方であなたの人生が変わります。自分を積極的に変えてください。
私は、近い将来インドが世界をリードする国家になると確信しており、日本の技術とマインドを活用し、とても才能豊かな仲間達と共にグローバルな企業を築き上げるという使命感に燃えています。私たちは、インドの継続的な成長と成功に貢献することで、私たちの成功の実現を目指しています
